Motivation is an important factor to drive you towards your desired goal. Many of us begin our task with lots of enthusiasm and zeal, but unfortunately it is not easy to reach your target. 5. It is required to find good support from your family and friends. Their involvement may prove beneficial for you.
6. Planning is important in achieving your desired goal. Plan your daily workouts and go for it.
